All components are designed to remain outdoors for years with minimal maintenance, built to withstand even the most extreme conditions. Our urban furniture is designed for use in the harshest environments. All steel components are treated with Joma Marine™ technology and come with a lifetime guarantee against rust. This process produces a high-quality anti-corrosion finish that meets the stringent requirements of corrosivity category C5 (EN ISO 12944), ensuring our products can remain outdoors for several decades. All fasteners are supplied in stainless steel. The process begins with a thorough cleaning and pre-treatment of each component. Parts are immersed in a series of dip tanks filled with degreasing agents, purified water and activators. The cathodic electrocoating process is then carried out — a dip-coating method based on the migration of charged particles within an electric field towards the opposite pole. By applying an electrical potential difference, paint molecules are deposited uniformly onto the component. This process produces an anti-corrosion coating that allows our products to remain outdoors for several decades. It is performed in accordance with the strict environmental requirements defined in ISO 12944. The powder coating is entirely solvent-free and is applied electrostatically through automatic nozzles. The powder is cured in an automated oven to give the product its final appearance and guarantee.
