Joma Urban is the street furniture brand of José María Gallastegui y Cía., S.A. In this notice, “Joma Urban”, “we” and “us” refer to this company.

2. Purpose of the website

This website provides information about Joma Urban street furniture (products, finishes, technical documentation, projects and designers) and lets you request information and quotes.

It is intended for professionals (architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, installers and distributors) and for public authorities. Its content is for information only and does not constitute a contractual offer: no products are sold on this website. Prices, lead times and terms of supply are set in each quote or contract.

3. Terms of use

Access to the website is open and free of charge, and implies acceptance of this legal notice. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website.

You undertake to use the website and its content lawfully, in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice. In particular, you may not:

• use the website or its content for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights of Joma Urban or of third parties;

The content of the website (texts, photographs, renders, drawings, technical data sheets, downloadable files such as DWG, BIM, 3D or PDF, graphic design, code, logos and trade names) is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

The “Joma Urban” trademark, its logos and other distinctive signs are owned by José María Gallastegui y Cía., S.A. or used with the authorisation of their owners. Product designs are credited to their authors and design studios, who retain the rights that belong to them. Photographs and other third-party works belong to their authors.

Permitted use

You may download and use the technical data sheets, drawings, BIM and 3D models, images and other documentation on the website to study, specify, price and include Joma Urban products in your projects, reports, tender documents and presentations, provided that you keep the reference to Joma Urban and, where applicable, to the author of the design.

Uses not permitted

Unless you have our prior written authorisation, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, transform or commercially exploit the content for any other purpose; in particular, you may not use it to manufacture or market products, or to promote products that are not Joma Urban’s. For any other use, write to us at urban@joma.es.

Accessing the website does not grant you any licence or right over its content beyond what is set out in this section.

5. Liability

We take care that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. Even so, descriptions, dimensions, weights, finishes, colours and images are for guidance only and may change without notice. Each supply is governed by the quote, the current technical data sheet and the contract. Colours on screen may differ from the actual finish.

We are not liable for damage arising from using the information on the website outside that framework, nor for interruptions, technical errors or viruses not attributable to us, without prejudice to the liability that the law assigns to us.
