Cutting
We cut the steel sheet and tube here. Every part starts at the size of its drawing.

How we make it
Our benches spend decades in the street, in the damp Basque climate, with practically no maintenance. That is why we make them entirely in Legutio: steel, protection, paint, wood and assembly, under one roof.

We cut the steel sheet and tube here. Every part starts at the size of its drawing.
We bend the sheet and curve the tube. Fewer joints, fewer places for water to get in.

We weld every frame at the plant. Whether the piece lasts decades of use depends on that joint.

Steel built for the Atlantic. After the degreasing and activation baths, cataphoresis spreads the coating evenly. That is why we guarantee it for life against rust.

Materials
We join steel, wood and concrete with stainless-steel fixings. We measure paint thickness and adhesion on every piece and check every finish before packing, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. And we supply spare parts with no time limit.
We open the plant to councils and architecture practices, by appointment.
